Intrapreneurship is a form of "internal" entrepreneurship, that takes place within the company and engages employees actively.
The main drive of the interpreneurship course-module is to steer and promote innovation from within, bringing forth new cutting-edge ideas . In terms of this module, trainers and educators will be encouraged to think creatively, 'out of the box', to practice innovation skills, and work collectively with teams.
